It is a shame we are being forced to provide this accessibility statement due to spineless bureaucrats making it a law instead of this being a voluntary implementation. If we had intended to create this website for visually-impaired or deaf folks we would have done so. As a part-time, one-man-shop tech support person, such laws impede my ability to help folks with their tech issues. As the normal course of assisting folks, I don't usually communicate with deaf folks with sign language, nor provide sign-language interpreters. In this day and age there are free phone-based apps which can provide live captioning to spoken audio that is "heard" by a phone or tablet and displayed on a screen.
